Checking and manual control of analogue current loops 4-20mA

Operating modes

Mode A (automatic)

• current goes through the device unchanged to the receiver. Current magnitude is indicated in % by a LED bargraph.

Mode M (manual)

• input current loop is interrupted, output current can be controlled manually using “Increase” and “Decrease” buttons. Its magnitude is again indicated in % by a LED bargraph. The device can be switched back to automatic mode either by pressing M/A button or by applying a voltage signal (closing contacts) to AUT terminals.
