During the PCB washing process, flux residues, resins and impurities from the production are removed off the boards.
The parts supplied by us undergo, depending on the construction capacities, the washing operations in PCB facilities:
- SUPERSWASH washer
- SWASH II washer
- ultrasound device
The level of residual surface dirt can be demonstrated by record to each PCB.
Increased demands on PCB cleanliness are monitored primarily before the application of protective lacquer.
