Technical preparation of production

Already within a tender, the business section workers along with the process engineer look for relevant procedures according to customer requirements.

During the pre-production stages we take care of the technical preparation of the production that involves the designing and technological processes. All production documentation is in the company AWOS Ltd. controlled by the PDM system.

Offer processing data:

• BOM, Bill of Material, information on components (ideally with reference to the datasheet) * .xlsx
• special requirements for the technologies used
• drawings *.pdf, *.jpg

Data for production specification:

• BOM, Bill of Material, information on components (ideally with reference to the datasheet) * .xlsx
• Pick and Place, data for automat, files containing: Reference, value, x, y, rotation, Top/Bottom)
• Fitting drawing in gerber describing the components and showing the orientation
